Fitness Coaching Platform
A fitness platform for coaches, trainees and gyms. Coaches sell workout and nutrition plans, trainees buy them and track their progress, and gyms manage their coaches and branches, in English and Arabic.

01What it does
This was an early-stage startup, and I was its lead developer. I chose the design, led a team of six building the coach, trainee and gym portals, and made sure the front end worked as smoothly on a phone as on a desktop, in English and in Arabic.
- Coach portal: clients, workout and nutrition plans, schedule, messages, analytics and payouts
- Trainee portal: a marketplace of coaches and plans, workouts, nutrition, progress tracking and orders
- Gym portal: branches, coaches, trainees, analytics and payouts
- Responsive from phone to desktop, with Arabic laid out right to left
- One shared component library across all three portals
- Unit tests with Vitest and end-to-end tests with Playwright
