1. What we're building
A patient-facing iOS and Android app with a web dashboard for clinic staff. Patients book, reschedule and cancel appointments. Staff manage availability and see the day's schedule. Reminders go out before each appointment.

3. Not included
- Online payments and insurance claims (can be scoped as a later phase).
- Integration with the existing records system.
- Content, copywriting and brand design. You provide these, or we agree a designer.
4. Assumptions
- One decision-maker on your side who can sign off each demo within three working days.
- App-store, hosting and domain accounts are opened in your company's name.
5. When something changes
New requests are written up, estimated and priced before work starts. Nothing outside this document is built without a signed change, so the price you agreed is the price you pay.
6. What you own at the end
All source code, infrastructure and store listings (in your name from day one), plus documentation and a runbook your next engineer can work from.
